Booking Conditions

Thank you for your expression of interest in the "Sisters of the Holy Rock". It is our desire to provide your organization with the "best show" possible; therefore we request that the following conditions be met in order to plan your event:

Performance Area

Your organization is required to provide a raised flat stage area with these minimum dimensions: height: 8 inches, depth: 16 feet, width: 32 feet

Dressing Area

Lockable change rooms relatively close to each other are required: 1 large or 2 medium rooms for 45 women, and 1 room for 15 men, complete with sufficient cold sealed bottled water and chairs (1 per person) placed around the perimeter of each room, before choir arrival.

Performance Time

Performance time & location shall be confirmed at least one week prior to the event.

Site Visit

Prior to your performance, a site visit will be arranged to confirm all details.

Stage Equipment

The Sisters will supply and set up their own sound equipment and risers. A set-up time of approximately 1.5 hours prior to the event is required.

Performance Conditions

NO SMOKING, flash photography, video or audio recording, and cell phones must be turned off during our performance, please.

Out Of Town Performances

You will be required to provide a 54-passenger day cruiser to transport the  Sisters  if your location is 100 km beyond the Winnipeg City limits.
