How to use the Google Calendar

To view an event on the calendar:

Events on the calendar will show up in red writing.

To view an event, simply click on the red text. Event details will appear in a pop-up box.

For more details on the event, click on the "more details" link, or the "map" link to view a Google map to the location.
NOTE: To use the "copy to my calendar" feature, you must have your own Google calendar setup.

To navigate to a particular date (or month):

Select the month you would like to view by using the back and forward arrows, or the month drop down selector

To change the view of the calendar:

To view the calendar by week view or month view, make your selection on the top right-hand side of the calendar.

To print the Calendar:

Your options for printing the calendar will be different, depending on which view you are in.

If you are in Week View you have the option to choose Font Size, Orientation, Accepted/Declined Events, and Color/Black and White.

If you are in Month View you have the option to choose Font Size, Orientation, Accepted/Declined Events, and Color/Black and White.

If you are in Agenda View you have the option to choose Print Range, Font Size, Orientation, Print Descriptions, Print End times, Print Responses, Accepted/Declined Events, and Color/Black and White.
